Using the appropriate temperature helps reveal the tea's intended aroma and flavor without over- or under-extracting the leaves.

Many loose leaf teas can be infused more than once, and doing so is what brings out the different layers of aroma and flavor. The Simple Brew keeps the leaves in the pot after you pour, making it easy to prepare another infusion. Some Rishi product pages include specific directions for later steeps.
