    The best Valerian tea.

    I have had every sleepy time or valerian tea that is available. I have even had blends only available at certain local shops. I have bought my own valerian and blended my own tea. This blended tea is by far the best tea that is made with valerian root. Usually valerian has a bitter generally unpleasant taste but where ever they source theirs from it's actually full of flavor and tastes fresh. After trying this tea I will buy what ever they sell I won't buy tea anywhere else now.
