Ingredients
- 1 cup Pistachio Cardamom Milk*
- 2 tsp Teahouse Matcha
- 2 oz hot water (165°F)
- 1 tsp organic honey for extra sweetness
- Garnish: crushed pistachios or a pinch of cardamom
Directions
Latte
- Sift Teahouse Matcha into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy.
- Pour matcha into your cup of choice. Top with Pistachio Cardamom Milk and stir gently.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios or cardamom if desired.
Pistachio Cardamom Milk
- Soak 3/4 cups of pistachios for 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse, then blend with 4 cups filtered water, 2 tbsp organic honey and 3 lightly crushed cardamom pods.
- Strain using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
For a hot latte, gently warm the milk (do not boil). For an iced latte, refrigerate milk before serving.
