Pistachio Cardamom Matcha Latte

Fresh pistachio milk, aromatic cardamom and vibrant Teahouse Matcha meet in a latte that could be our most indulgent yet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pistachio Cardamom Milk*
  • 2 tsp Teahouse Matcha
  • 2 oz hot
water (165°F)
  • 1 tsp organic honey for
extra sweetness
  • Garnish: crushed pistachios or a pinch
of cardamom

Directions

Latte

  1. Sift Teahouse Matcha into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour matcha into your cup of choice. Top with Pistachio Cardamom Milk and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with crushed pistachios or cardamom if desired.

Pistachio Cardamom Milk

  1. Soak 3/4 cups of pistachios for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse, then blend with 4 cups filtered water, 2 tbsp organic honey and 3 lightly crushed cardamom pods.
  3. Strain using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.

For a hot latte, gently warm the milk (do not boil). For an iced latte, refrigerate milk before serving.
